One West is a Mixed-use building comprising Commercial spaces for top MNCs, IT/ITES and other global companies along with a Hotel located in financial district. It consists of G+24 floors with 3 basements + 3 podium level car parking for over 1100 cars. During design phase we made sure that this project incorporates green features.
Total duration of the project is 36 months.
